1- How to order?

2- How to register an order with Yannick auto?

It is necessary :

* An order form

* Contract

* The payment of a down payment

* Receiving Letter of Credit (L / C) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)

3- Is the price “ORDER A CAR” negotiable?

Yes, it is negotiable. Our sales team will do everything in its power to receive the best possible discount for you.

4- What are the payment methods?

Payments can be made by:

* Payment by letter of credit:

We accept payments by letter of credit only on the condition that it conforms to the following terms:

* Irrevocable.

* Confirmed and payable by one of our banks in Cameroon.

* Specifying that all costs are borne by the client.

NB: If the payment is made in another currency, upon receipt of it, Yannick auto will confirm the customer the exchange rate that has been applied to this operation.

5- How long do I have to send you the money after the purchase?

You have 5 days to pay for the car purchased. To avoid any kind of late fees and penalties, you must send your money on the same day you made a successful purchase.

6- How to know that you have received my payment?

You will receive an automated email message. You can also check the status of your payment in the “Finance” section of your profile.

7- By what means are my cars shipped?

Yannick Auto offers, through its internal logistics department, to take care of the transport of the goods you have acquired and to deliver them by sea, air or road all over the world, under the best conditions and the most promptly.

8- How long does it take to get my car?

Transit time is 45-60 days since purchase. But please note that delays could occur due to weather conditions, slow traffic, seasonal migrations, among other situations that could cause delays.

9- Is my vehicle safe when transported between states?

Your car is completely insured when it is transported between states; on the other hand, if you would like your car to be insured during its transportation from the Cameroon Pot to the port of your country, you would have to pay 1.5% of the price of the car for the insurance. $ 500 deductible fee applies to all claims

10- How can I check the status of my shipment?

You will be kept informed of the status by e-mail.

11- Can I pay for the car after delivery?

We ask full payment before delivery because we need to buy the car for the seller’s customer and we need to pay for the transport services as well. This is why the transportation of the vehicle will be possible once full payment is made.

12- Does your team inspect the vehicles?

If you buy a vehicle and you are worried about its condition, you can order an independent vehicle inspection via Yannick auto. Once your application is approved by the sales department, we will arrange an independent physical audit of the car you are considering purchasing from an authorized inspector.

13- Do you offer insurance?

The goods are insured only at the express request of the customer and provided that the premiums have been honored by the latter before the risk cover date.

Otherwise, the goods circulate under the full responsibility of the buyer.

14- What do you say about the guarantees?

Vehicles are delivered with the only warranty of the manufacturer.

In any case, the seller can not be held responsible for defects or deficiencies of vehicles purchased through him.

Only the builder or his agents are authorized to maintain them.

The particular conditions of the guarantee are specified on the guarantee certificate given to the buyer when taking possession of the vehicle.

The mileage indicated on the meter is given as an indication and does not engage in any way the responsibility of the seller. According to the European regulations in force, the vehicle will be considered as new, provided that it is not more than 6 months old and does not display more than 6,000 km.

The warranty granted on used vehicles is that agreed upon and signed by both parties; it is attached to the invoice upon delivery of the vehicle. If a warranty is applicable on used vehicles, this is specified in the vehicle advertisement.

15- Do you take care of the registration?

At the request of our clientele, Yannick Auto can take care of the formalities of plate registration and insurance.

If necessary, you can register your transit plate vehicles. This specific registration is subject to various obligations to be considered on a case-by-case basis. For any additional information, please contact one of our sales representatives.

16-  I sent an email and did not receive an answer, what should I do?

Your email was probably rejected as spam. Please try sending back your email, or simply contact our customer service department, and we will be happy to assist you.

17- Can I buy new cars at home?

Yes. We can offer you a variety of new cars as well as manufacturer’s orders. Please contact us for more information.

18- I found a vehicle on my own through the Internet, can you help me negotiate and make an agreement?

Yes. If the car is on sale by AN Authorized Dealer or Automobile Company, we will be happy to assist you and we will do our best to negotiate the price.

19- Can I be an official Auction Export dealer in my country?

It is possible for you to become a partner of Yannick auto, becoming the official dealer with us. You must have an Yannick auto account and a minimum of 15 vehicle purchases. You can check the contacts of our local official dealers in the Contacts section or contact us for more details.
